A Statement of Purpose describing your academic goals and interests (approximately 2-3 pages)

Applicants are strongly encouraged to identify and communicate with potential faculty advisors before submitting their application. Students need a faculty advisor with established research funding or one who can advocate for teaching assistant support or a fellowship for admission.  The student should add this information to the Statement of Purpose when discussing interest areas and goals.
