Shani Saxon

Welcome to Clinical Associate Professor Shani Saxon, who joined the School this fall. Guided by lived experience and a passion for social justice, Saxon focuses on racial healing, equity and community advocacy. As a Thomas Rumble fellow and Minority Fellowship Program recipient, she is deeply committed to supporting underserved populations and addressing systemic issues at the intersections of race, class and racism.

Krueger was the first author on a publication that examined how personal resilience and satisfaction with one’s supervisor and workplace supports affect the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction among a sample of peer recovery support specialists.
