As a graduate student of NYU Steinhardt, your educational expenses are assessed each semester and are based on the number of credits (also known as "points") for which you register, as well as registration/student service fees. For more information, view the NYU Bursar's tuition and fee calculator.
The Board of Trustees of New York University reserves the right to alter the schedule of fees without notice. We expect a moderate increase in tuition and registration/service fees each academic year.

- $2,272: Tuition per credit
- $572: Registration/service fee for 1st credit (per term/semester)
- $79: Registration/service fee for each additional credit (per term/semester)
Additional Considerations
January Term (J-Term) courses are not assessed registration/service fees.
Students who are physically based in India and taking online classes may be subject to India's Goods and Services tax (GST) and responsible for payment thereof relating to their NYU online class. India's GST tax is an 18% tax on the cost of the online class.
Secured and Flat Rate Tuition
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy: Entry Level student or a Entry-level OTD Program in Occupational Therapy student, the above estimated tuition and fees do not apply. You will be billed a flat rate each semester based on your admission year.
