Admission

Admission to the Smeal doctoral program is highly selective. We seek the very best in terms of academic promise and assess candidates' academic preparation through GMAT or GRE scores, grades in previous academic work, letters of recommendation, and quality of the statement of purpose.

Real Estate- February 2, 2026

Offers of admission are typically given in March and April. Most departments will not accept late applications (or late documents) and the graduate degree application fee is non-refundable.
