  • not currently studying year 12 in Australia
  • not an existing VTAC applicant
  • only applying to Federation University
  • applying for a course that isn't listed in the VTAC guide
  • applying for mid-year entry

Choose your course and check the entry requirements

Make sure the course you're applying for is right for you and that you meet all entry requirements.

Gather your documents and apply online

You'll need a valid form of identification, records of past secondary or tertiary study and sometimes a resume to show relevant work experience. The online application should take around 20 minutes to complete.

Wait for the outcome

Our admissions team will review your application and documents. For some applications, our academic institute will also complete a review. We'll get back to you in 5–7 business days with an outcome or next steps.
